The Ethical Fashion Initiative (EFI), a UN funded initiative, aims to change the way the international fashion business works. Their goal is to empower local artisans in Kenya and all over the world with skills such as screen printing and crochet designing in order to create hand crafted and luxurious treasures the market craves as well as to provide a decent living for every worker. These artisans are trained to create products of the highest standard and can therefore earn a regular income in order to improve the circumstances of their families and their communities.
